Sessions for Women Relax and come into your body for a moment. How might we expand our joy of living in the female body? How might we learn to open more fully to the source of our creativity, release old wounds, and allow more of our living to be experienced with ecstasy? We are barraged with imagery depicting the emaciated, starving, pornified woman as an idealized object - a slave to fashion, a slave to consumerism, a slave to duty, a slave to her very own idealization - by popular culture. She often does't feel that her true beauty and uniqueness is valued - against this tide she is often unable to value it herself. Many are resistant to the idea that a woman's creative energy, or sexual energy is a source of spiritual well-being. We are conditioned to believe that our sexuality is somehow not our own - that it belongs to 'other' - and that it is something we cannot claim for ourselves as a life-giving force.This is the very place where we begin to unravel the layers of accumulated, well - junk - for lack of a better word. We carry these energy patterns in our bodies, imposed upon us, and we let it be imposed. We carry the shame of our mothers, our grandmothers - and it becomes ours. We shut ourselves off, we strive to overcome the sexual part of our natures. We enact our enslavement, we participate in the cultural misappropriation of our idealized sexuality - we go without fulfillment, we comply. But we know something HUGE is missing. As women, we have lost an important internal connection - with our built-in homing device to our source of joy. We can learn, through practice - how to claim this joy - and own it fully... and learn to love ourselves, as a Lover loves the Beloved. This is an internal process - and also an external one. It is my joy and my calling to help you tap into this well of joy that is your birthright - so that you may radiate this joy into your world... Namaste...
Individual Sessions: 1hr $100 / 2hr $180 Regular individual sessions are geared toward meeting each person where they are with regard to their attitudes and beliefs around sexuality. We will discuss boundaries, fears, desires - and create our session time together. Guided meditations, focused movement, and breathing techniques (which constitute some of the White Tigress Taoist practices), as well as loving sensual touch - help nurture, allow and empower the recipient to open fully to Source. In this very relaxed and surrendered state - when expectations and goals are released - the recipient is empowered to experience and receive ecstacy fully. 1 hr coffee/tea consultation meeting: $40 If you are not sure about scheduling a regular session or would like to maybe just discuss a particular challenge, you might consider a consultation in which I can answer some questions with regard to sacred sexuality, or other sexual/spiritual concerns you may have.
